presenter. The author brings us on an extraordinary journey through the minefields of
depression. He is very honest in relating how if effected his family life and how, eventually, it may have cost him his job as a top presenter.
Today, Gareth O'Callaghan now councils people who suffer from the ailment. This book shows us clearly what it is to live with depression and with the author's immense knowledge, insight and wisdom, brings the reader from the bottom of a deep dark hole towards the light. An excellent and compelling read.
