here.Harry potter and the sorcerer’s stone is a
wonderful book written by Joanne Kathleen Rowling. It
is a
story of a boy Harry potter who lives with his aunt and
uncle. They hate him because he belongs to wizard
family.
His mother and father were murdered by the dark wizard
Voldemort. On the eleventh birthday Harry was told that
he
is a wizard and the time has come that he should go to
the
magic school Hogwarts to learn magic. Hagrid the
gamekeeper
of Hogwarts takes Harry to Diagon Alley and buys hi
everything he will need in his school. Hermione Granger
and
Ronald Weasley becomes Harry’s friend in Hogwarts
express.
After they reached the school the allotment ceremony
began
and Harry, Hermione and Ronald all three were put in
Gryffindor house. Professor McGonagall the head of the
Gryffindor house takes Harry in the Quidditch team of
Gryffindor as a seeker whose job was to catch the
golden
snitch which will fetch a bonus 150 points. Nicholas
Flamel and Albus Dumbledore the headmaster has made
the
sorcerer’s stone which has the power to gift life means
it
can increase the lifespan .Voldemort wanted that stone
to
come back. Voldemort died when he used an unforgivable
curse against Harry and his mother came in between. It
was
the force of love of his mother that the spell bounced
back
killing Voldemort and Harry’s mother Lily Potter.
When
sorcerer’s stone was in danger Harry, Hermione and
Ronald
decided to save it. So there first step was to pass
fluffy
the guarding dog which they completed successfully.
Second
task was to search the key and to get it while flying
which
Harry did successfully. Third task was to play the
magical
chess which Ron completed. Fourth task was to solve the
riddle which none other than Hermione solved. After
that
Harry was face to face with professor Quirrel who was
working on Voldemort’s order. Harry killed professor
Quirrel and saved the sorcerer’s stone.
Harry potter books are in the series. So
far six books have been published. The first one is
Harry
potter and the sorcerer’s stone. The second one is
Harry
potter and the chamber of secrets. The third one is
Harry
potter and the prisoner of Azkaban. The fourth, fifth
and
the sixth parts are Harry potter and the goblet of
fire,
Harry potter and the order of phoenix and Harry potter
and
the half blood prince .On the whole the story is
awesome.
