It's a
subject that millions must be interested in, so there must be quite a lot of pressure on the author to make the account
interesting and thought provoking. But with the raw material that the author has to work with, i.e. the
life of Madonna, it's probably not that hard to make it an interesting read. As a fan of the entertainer I've
read several
books on her life, but no other book in my opinion does the subject as much justice at this author. He reveals facts that you never knew about. He dissects her desire. It's written so well that it's hard to put the book down. You feel you want to
learn more...read more and find out more. You learn some of the background information about her experiences that shed light on some of her actions. Until the woman writes her own account, I don't think people will get a better read. Unless the book has been updated it covered the period of Madonna's life when she was here there and everywhere making it a very exciting and exhilirating life to read about. I'm encouraged to pursue other books of the same author because of the way he tackles the subject.
