Sisters and brothers of America- These were the words that took the conference of religions by strom and were uttered by
an young siant from India, who was none other than god's own swami Vivekananda. This man who hailed from an orthodox brahmin hindu family and was known for his mischiefs as a young child - Naren, few had thought that he would grow up to become of the most famed and respected saint on the new era. He who liad the fondation of Ramakrishna mutt, he who resurrected the fading image of hinduism and its ture principles, he who brought the greatness of our vedas, upanishads and yoga to the fore front and put it in front of the whole world, he who travelled the length and breath of the world and spread brotherhood among the entire mankind and outh in particular. His biography is an inspiration to the present genre of kids. I would like to conclude my summary with one of his greatest quotes " Arise, awake and stop not till the goal is reached".
