After a few beers his father would
often tell young Ozzy “I've got a feeling about you John Ozbourne,
you're either going to do something very special, or you're going to
go to prison”. By the time he was 18, John “Ozzy” Ozbourne had
already fulfilled one of his fathers' prophecies by going to prison
for burglary. In a few years he would be well on his way to
realizing his fathers other prediction of doing something very
special, and “special” it was.
Ozzy's is a classic “rags to riches”
story. Borne and raised in the small industrial town of Aston
England, he was the son of a hard working tool maker who was barely
able to keep food on the table. Ozzy new at an early age that he
would soon have to make a choice, either he could work at one of the
factories in town earning a meeker living the rest of his life, or he
could try to find a way out. With roll models like the Beatles it was
obvious to Ozzy that “Rock and Roll” was his calling. Ozzy's life
changed forever.
This is the story of how with a little
luck, a lot of talent, and relentless energy, Ozzy Ozbourne along
with Black Sabeth went from relative obscurity, to the top of the
charts in only a few short years. You will be introduced to a world
of insane behavior and drug abuse. Ever wonder what it's like to
have anything you want only a phone call away? Ozzy will tell you.
Ever wonder what it's like to wake up in the middle of the night
laying on the side of a Los Angeles Freeway and then being arrested for peeing on a police car, while the cops are sitting in it? Let Ozzy explain.
