believe to be happy for one you have to love yourself first and foremost, and then everyone else will as well. Accomplish all the goals you set out for yourself no matter how big or small, there is a great since of pride when you can be all youit or not to be happy. I believe to be happy for one you have to love yourself first and can be. You only live once, so why not live the life you know you deserve and be proud of yourself because you earned everything you have. Not to mention, its very healthy mentally, physically, and spiritually. Try not to hold grudges, it takes up way too much energy, just get over it and move on life can be so much better when you don’t dwell on the past but always believe there is a reason for everything. Learn from your mistakes, there are lessons to be learned from situations that don’t work out for you. If it didn’t work something went wrong or it was just wrong for you and that is perfectly normal, you can always start all over again. If at first you don’t succeed do yourself a big favor and realize we are only human, not perfect and try again. Sometimes I wonder, if we didn’t play it so safe when it comes to matters of the heart, will falling in love be easier
or more devastating when it doesn’t work out.
