Kitty’s favourite word is ‘NO!’ but some how she always ends up saying yes due to all the problems that ‘NO!’ causes! This book is funny, delightful and suitable for all children. Younger children would enjoy it more because the vocabulary is easy to understand and read and the main word is ‘No!’, (which is not very surprising!) The book is full of pictures that were drawn wonderfully by Bel Mooney’s main illustrator Margaret Chamberlain. I would rate this book six or seven out of ten because the pictures are all in black and white, which is a bit of a shame since the book would have been better with full colour images.
