The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn

Book Review   by:Mej1     Original Author: Mark Twain
ª

Huckleberry Finn gets his chance for adventure when he finds a drifting canoe and uses it to escape from his mad drunken father. He meets old Jim who is a run away slave, and together the two of them journey down the great Mississippi River. They encounter the strangest people on their travels and have several very, very, very narrow escapes. The story of Huck and Jim’s fantastic and terrifying experiences – which follows on from the Adventures of Tom Sawyer is an exciting account of life in the Deep South a century ago and the book is a great American classic but is much loved around the world. This book is lots of fun and adventure and it would have been a lot of fun to be with the two.
