This book puts an end to the idea that all bullies are just evil, sick people and shows that even the most pleasant kids have the possibility to hurt others, by simply saying or doing nothing.
My favourite character is an intelligent, popular girl named Alex Lewis who is forced to make a difficult choice: should she defend the new girl Lauren, who is being cruelly bullied, or should she ignore it or even join in - as she did once before...?
I love the mystery of what happened with Michael Bailey because it is mentioned many times in the book but isn’t totally revealed until the end when Alex is telling Lauren the story.
I would recommend this book to anyone, bullied or not, because it is very touching and realistic as well.
