I dunno about the rest of you but I was in a state of
shock after reading the last Harry Potter. God what am I going to do?
Well, after two weeks of sulking around my Mum could not stand it any longer. Get you fat arse out of the chair and do something or I''ll throw you out she said. You know the type.. Anyway, as any good for nothing reader will tell you I wandered down to the book shop to wittle away my time. Yep..you guessed it.. I found Sam and the
Witch''s
world in a low shelf at the back of some dusty section. Great news Potter fans this is a great book. Made me feel like the time I first read Potter. Happy, sad, excited, annoyed and just a tad wierd.. O bye the way Sam is a girl not a boy. I must say this came as a shock because I don''t normally read books about girls. Anyway, Sam is an orphan adopted by a family of witch''s in the forest. She has to transform if she wants to stay, but you guessed it, the baddies want her for themselves. What I liked about the story is all the little sub-plots inside the big one. It''s fast and always moving you forward. I read it in one go but that''s not sp special because I''m a geek. Yup, I can recommend this to any geek out there... Good reading.
