Early to Bed, Early to Rise.

Book Review by: dhawanbm

Original Author: Dhawanbm
Early to bed, early to rise makes a person healthy wealthy and wise.” Is a one line straight formula followed often by the
elders who preached this time tested idiom. But today this idea may be opposed to by many a youngster. While some find the perfect quiet of midnight by far the best time for working or reading. This has been proved true in certain cases. Several great thinkers, writers and philosophers found by experience that their intellect is clearest and they can imagine and write the best, when they burn the midnight oil.
On the contrary it can be said that the nature has prescribed the night and the sleep a perfect combination for excellent health. There is great advantage of early rising as it gives us a great start to our day’s work. But it can only be achieved if we have a good nights sleep. Perhaps in the morning the mind is fresh and there are few sounds or other distractions, so whatever work is done at this hour is well done.
By doing so one can well plan one’s day and there is no hurry as there is plenty of time. All work can be finished at leisure with some rest indeed. And above all there is good refreshing evening before one can go to bed. The nights refreshing sleep gives good and spirits for the labours of a new day.
