The Clockwork Kangaroo

Book Review by: Mej1

Original Author: Enid Blyton
The Clockwork Kangaroo is a not-so-famous Enid Blyton story. It is hardcover and it is suitable for young children aged 4
– 7 who enjoy adventurous tales. Enid Blyton has written well known books like The Famous Five, The Secret Seven, Noddy and Malory Towers which are all series’ but she has also written books like The Magic Treacle Jug, Wanted – A Hot Water Bottle, The Talking shoes and of course the Clockwork Kangaroo (this one) which aren’t. The plot of this story is that a new clockwork kangaroo is bought for the children but all the other toys, except from Sam, a tiny doll whom nobody like much, does not like The Clockwork Kangaroo and they try to get rid of him but how?... I would rate this book 7/ 10.
