Monster Stories

Book Review by: Mej1

Original Authors: Andy Charman; Beatrice Phillpots; Caroline Repchuk; Lousia Somerville; Christine Tagg
Monster Stories’ is a collection of stories and poems and rhymes full of the monkey business and the madness and the merriness
of mischievous monsters! I love reading this book on really dark nights and sometimes, just sometimes, they send a tingle down my spine and even make my blood turn stone cold. It covers aliens, monsters, dinosaurs, witches, ogres and giants and even a sea fiend or two! I just love reading this book! I would rate it 7/ 10 and I would recommend it to anyone who is brave! My favourite thing in this book (apart from the perilous poems and pictures) is the brilliant borders! Every page has a picture or a border. The border is normally a bright and colourful picture or two that reoccurs at different angles again and again.
