This book is very original and clever as well. For one week, every night she had a fairy tale guest and she found some way of getting rid of them. Mainly it was by telling the unwanted visitors’ stories but now and again she had to find another approach. By day, she is continued with life normally but every night, her life changed. Allan Ahlberg did a great job with this book and I think that he should try and make it into a poem.
I would absolutely rate this book 8/ 10 and would strongly recommend it to young children who like fairy tales, adventures and a good giggle!
