book is an adaptation, by Rodney Peppe, from the Cbeebies series (of Angelmouse). The story starts when Angelmouse and Quilly
gets a message from you-know-who and has to get a cake for Elliemum but soon it gets lost and they try to make one but it is a total disaster…
I have not watched this actual episode on the telly – at least, I think I did not because I was only 3 at that time (in 2000), and am hoping to get some of the other books about this
programme so I can find out more about it, it sounds quite interesting and enjoyable.
I would rate this book 7/10 and would strongly recommend it to children, especially girls, who are aged 4 – 8 and like the television programme.
