This story is brilliant! Michael Morpurgo has got a talent of writing stories that really touch hearts but I have now realised that he can also write stories for younger children which are works of genius, like this book! It is full of laughter, sadness and a couple of little (quite big actually) lies.
I think that children from 6 – 8 would enjoy reading this book; they are who I would recommend it to and I really like this book and I would rate it 8/ 10 because it is worth that score!
