This is the story of the four Pevensie kids-Peter,Susan,Edmund & Lucy who have come to stay with Prof.KirkeWhile exploring the Professor's house, Lucy accidently walks in through the wardrobe into the other world-the world of Narnia.There she meets a faun who tells her everything about their Queen-the wicked witch, who has cast a spell on Narnia,so that there is always winter there & never Christmas.Lucy returns back to her world & tells her brothers and sister about Narnia,but they refuse to believe her into Narnia.Then he accidently bumps into the witch who cunningly convinces him to get his brother & sisters into Narnia.Lucy tries to tell Edmund about it ,but he doesn't trust her.Later both of them convince the others about Narnia & they again enter the magical world of Narnia through the wardrobe.There they meet a Beaver family who tell them about the arrival of Aslan,the Lion.While they were having a conversation,Edmund quietly slips out & reaches the witch to inform her about their arrival.Edmund unknowingly tells the witch about Aslan's arrival.Terrified on hearing this, the witch sets off to find the kids & kill them before Aslan finds them.Edmund realises her true nature.In the meanwhile ,Peter,Susan & Lucy meet Aslan at the Stone Table.There the witch's wolves attack them & are killed by Peter.When they come face to face,the wicked witch trades Edmund's life with Aslan's,because every traitor's life belongs to her.But she is unknown to the deeper magic that if a willing victim is killed at the Stone Table,the magic is reversed.Aslan springs back to life & also brings to life the others whom she had turned into statues.the battle that follows sees the end of the witch.Peter is crowned as The High King, Edmund as King,Susan & Lucy are crowned as Queens.They happily rule over Narnia for many years.But one day,during an expedition to find the white stag,all four of them walk through to other side of wardrobe & reach their own world again.This is just the beginning of yet an another adventure that follows.
