Lenny is bored when his friends leave him and go off on holiday. He has absolutely nothing to do so he goes down some alley ways and finds an old Toffee museum. In there is a little girl wearing an old ugly frock and holding a tin box of toffees. He is horrified and looks further. Soon a strange sweet smell attracts him to a kitchen where an old batty lady is making lots and lots of toffee. That is all she knows about. She is quite odd but amazingly she makes friends with Lenny and together they find out a hundred year old frozen Toffee Monster.
