Dracula is a work of fiction by Irish author Bram Stoker, featuring as its main villain the Count Dracula. This is a shorter
version of it written by Ladybird. It has very frightening pictures (well it is supposed to scare us as it is one of the Ladybird Horror Classics). Structurally it is an epistolary story, which is, told as a series of diary entries and letters. This book is not. It is about a young English solicitor called Jonathan Harker who goes to Castle Dracula to stay with the vampire. He does not know he is a vampire but gets suspicious. He has to escape.
