There was one called Chicken Licken
And Chicken Licken was a little chick
A nut fell
and he though the sky was falling
This little chick was kind of very thick.
He went to tell His Royal Highness
Who lived in a castle far away.
He ran off as fast as he could.
But knew it would still be a long way.
The little chick met Henny Penny
On his journey to this place so very far;
Henny Penny decided to join him
So they both ran as they had not a car.
During his travels he met many others –
They also decided to come with the two.
The following: Cocky Locky, Ducky Lucky,
Drakey Lakey & Turkey Lurkey were a few.
But then the group met someone else
Who was so very unpleasant to them –
Foxy Loxy was so very, very hungry
They never saw the king – the duck, nor hen.
