The real price is £3.99, (each of the Malory Towers books is £4.99), and so you save over £10! A bargain as well as being
very easy to look after and not lose – if you want to wiz through the stories without buying another and waiting for it to come or having to go to a bookstore, see if it is there, pay for it, get home, etc – BRILLIANT!
The first of the stories is about Darrell’s first year at a boarding school near the Cornish seaside – she meets Alicia who she wants to be friends with but does not realise the consequences.
In the second tale, Sally, Darrell’s best friend is made Head Girl although the quick-witted and clever Alicia is expecting this – conflict arises between two of Darrell’s friends. There are a few new
students.
Following the previous story, the third has another two new students: Bill who is crazy about horses and Zerelda who is an American girl with her own ways.
All three stories are part of my favourite Enid Blyton series: Malory Towers and I think they are all fantastic!
