The Legend of Sleepy Hollow ,is a story about a quiet little town in America, with a haunting legend of a ghost rider, who
is headless, rides a black horse and scares people. The main character in the story is the school teacher Icabud Crene. He is very classy gentleman who is talented, educated and also very popular with the ladies, but the one girl who he is really in love with is very beautiful but vain and has a lot of men competing for her love.
Mr. Crane is also a very cowardly man especially in the night, when his imagination gets the better of him. His number one rival is a popular hell riser who every one knows as Broom Bones. Broom Bones knows that Mr. Crane is afraid of him and finds pleasure in frightening him.
The Legend of Sleepy Hollow is a well-know story, which had a lot of plays and movies made after it. But, reading the book brings the most pleasure.
