GIRL comic book was my
favourite annual and every year I posted my letter to Santa Claus and requested GIRL comic annual
and I truly believed that if I brushed around the hearth Santa Claus would have enough room to deliver my Comic Book Girl .... and then that was years ago.
So one day .. it was a Saturday morning and I had been walking along the coast and was getting ready for Choir Practice when a friend of the family came rushing into the house with a parcel all wrapped in Christmas wrapping paper and it was addressed to me ... and can you imagine my excitement when it was a red comicbook .. GIRL .. my absolute ..
favourite ... Una had decided to give it to me well before Christmas and since it was between my birthday and Christmas Day nobody bothered complaining about it.
I loved Belle of the Ballet and later in my life my friend and I attended Classical Ballet Class in England and we got a great pass in it all ....... so you see early
influences do count for something .......... great stuff .. keep on reading ..
