           Steak {any kind you preferr} .

Any choice
of table wine''s for this recipe that you love will do.
Cut in strip''s a green and red bell pepper 2 of each.
1/4 cup of cooking oil.
1/2 teaspoon of salt, pepper, 1tsp. of flour.
11/2 pound''s of round steak.
2 finely diced onion''s.
4 chopped up fine peeled potato''s.
1 to 11/2 cups of your favorite wine.
1 cup {beef broth} any flavor optional.
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire.
         Into bite size piece''s cut the steak, add to mixing bowl flour, all seasoning''s. Then
place all in frying pan and brown on all side''s in hot oil.  Prepare vegetable''s then put them to the side a few minute''s.  Add onion''s to your meat and the broth cover meat and simmer till meat is extremely tender about 2 or more hour''s till it flake''s with a fork.
         Add pepper''s ,  worcestershire and wine and rest of the recipe''s ingredient''s. 
Cover and cook for 25 minute''s longer or to desired taste. add salt more for flavor and a tad of lemon juice about 5 drop''s of juice.  Remove meat and vegetable''s to plate''s
serve hot or just let cool a while then serve warm.
