Bhappa Doi - Steamed sweet
curd
Ingrediants:
curd - 1 cup (beaten)
milk - 1 cup
sweetened condensed milk - 1 tin(400gms)
almonds - 5 blanched and sliced
pistachio nuts - 10 sliced
raisins - 5
water - 2 cups
Method:
1. Beat together curd, milk and condensed milk till well blended. Add almonds, pistachio and raisins. Mix well.
2. Pour the mixture into a 1 lt pudding
mould. Cover mould tightly with grease-proof paper securely tied.
3. Pour water into
cooker. Place mould in cooker and close cooker. Bring to full pressure on high
heat. Reduce heat and cook for 20 mins.

Remove cooker from heat. Allow to
cool naturally. Take out mould and uncover it. Allow to cool and drain off water if any. Refrigerate it until
serving.
5. Place a serving dish on top of mould and invert. Shake gently to release and remove mould. Serve it.
