DELICIOUS SCRUMPTIOUS CAKE , ( with out BAKING POWDER )
The world''s best cake ..anyone can make at home ...and that too without baking powder ..!!!
be it vanilla ,chocolate , strawberry, banana , pineapple .. or any other ..favourite fruit cake ..
INGREDIENTS - you just need
eggs , your favourite fruit , flour , sugar , vanilla essence ,
a blender .. and a
oven .
METHOD - Just blend the eggs and sugar in a blender until they develop into a
creamy foam..if they are well blended, its color would be white,it will look like a whip cream...it would take time to form a creamy texture. Its just then u
add the flour sifted with vanilla essence.. ( and if its a chocolate cake then sift the cocoa pwder with the flour and then add in the creamy eggs )and
mix with a wooden spoon in one direction ..make sure the creamy egg doesnt have the air bubbles when mix ../ so remember to mix in one direction only ..
Grease the baking
dish and slowly pour the whole batter to the dish, and if you want to make a fruit cake then ..then just puree any fruit for say strawberries they are my favourite .../ add the puree with tbsp in various places in the dish.. then with a knife swirl in the dish like a zig-zag ... and now just keep in the oven ..
your oven should be pre-heated and then bake your dish on 180degrees.. for approximately 30minutes.
And just after 30minutes ..you''ll get ur ever spongy and scrumptious cake ..with out adding baking powder to it ../
