Mozzarella Cigars

This recipe needs Mozzarella cheese, 8 slices of white bread, 4 to 5 tsp. of Dijon Mustard, freshly ground black pepper and
4oz. of butter. For garnishing, we will need 4 tomato wedges and two (2) black olives. To prepare this, we will need a rolling pin, roll each slice very thin. Put Dijon Mustard in each slice of bread, put the mozzarella cheese and season it with freshly ground black pepper. Roll up each slice very tightly then fry them for two (2) minutes or until they are evenly brown and until the cheese inside have melted. Remove the mozzarella cigars from the frying fan. Put it in an absorbent paper so that the excess oil will be absorbed. Arrange the Mozzarella Cigars on a serving dish then garnish them with tomato wedges and black olives.
