GOOD MORNING, Today, my pen has decided to write to tell you about an
art which is always indispensible to our existence: “the art of
cooking” which differs accordingly to the custom and its relation to the typical preparation of each country. I think “the kitchen”is like a big laboratory wherein everything is produced, from the simple tomato sauce to the more elaborate dish like: taglioloinii al tartufo (noodles with truffles) or aragoste in bella vista (lobster on display). The art of cooking has been the inspirational Muse for many people who has made it as the real and own reason of their lives like the grand masters of cooking who with their fantasies are capable to give consolation to the palate because : “all is well who eats well”.
