CHICKEN POT PIE DIRECTIONS

Remove from heat, drain and set aside. Over medium heat, cook onions in butter until it soften and become translucent. Mix in flour, pepper, salt, and celery seed. Stir slowly in chicken broth and milk. Cook over medium-low heat until thicken. Remove it from heat and set it aside. In bottom pie crust Place the chicken mixture. Pour hot liquid mixture over. Cover with top crust, seal edges, and cut away excess dough. To allow steam to escape Make several small slits in the top. Cook in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until pastry is golden brown and filling is bubbly. Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
This is the end of your first lesson in the home making cooking. Hope that you have enjoyed the cooking. I remember that it was for the football match of Manchester united that I have cooked it for the first time. Bon appetite.
