Fish fry
Ingrediants:
Fish (cut into thin slices) - 1 kg
garlic - 15 flakes
dry red chillies - 3
turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
pepper - 2 teaspoons
salt - for taste
vegetable
oil - 2 tablespoons
Method:
Clean and wash
Fish thoroughly and remove all the water. Grind all other
Ingrediants into a
paste adding 1 tablespoon of water. Marinade fish with this paste for 2 hours or overnight in refrigerator. Heat oil in a deep frying pan and
fry fish till redish in colour 2-3 pieces at a time.
