I think this is a good book, because it has an attractive and pretty cover. The decoration of the cakes is beautiful and
creative. It contains clear information about different types of chocolate and its uses.. I am able to learn the history of chocolate too. The book teaches me a lot, such as the correct way to melt chocolate. There is also a wide
selection of recipes for me to choose from. The instructions are clear and even the cake that is easiest to make tastes nice, moreover the more difficult ones. So, I like this book very much.
