Low cal CLEAR SOUP INGREDIENTS 6 cups vegetable
stock
6 spinach leaves
1carrot finely cut
6
mushrooms thinly sliced
few pieces
cabbage ¾ tsp china salt
4 pieces cauliflower thinly sliced
METHOD Boil the stock . After one boil add carrots and cook slightly .Switch off the gas and add spinach ,cabbage ,mushrooms and salt . Don not over cook . Before serving give it 3-4 boils . Serve with chilly sauce .
Can be served with fried rice .
