I would like to submit my
receipe for Vegetables in
green masala.
Ingredients: 1/2 bunch fresh corriander leaves
5- 6 green chillies (to your taste)
10 cloves of garlic
salt
pinch of turmeric
1 big size potatoe
3 / 4 brinjals - medium size
Method : Grind corriander leaves, green chillies, garlic into a fine paste.
Heat oil in a pan add the paste also add salt, turmeric powder and fry till slight brown. Now to this add the chopped vegetables add water and let it cook on slow fire. When the vegetables are cooked serve it hot with white rice.
