Dictionary - the best-selling Russian mini-dictionary/new edition! From Russia with Love a popular song has long been a favourite of mine and who would forget Dr Zhivago!! I have seen the film ten times and never tire of its wonderfully Russian feeling for character
language and class!
I have been called a revolutionary poet so where best to start than the language of the real Revolution:

In this dictionary, again pocket sized - it could fit in handily into your left hand pocket of your great coat which you wear to keep out the winter chills! Nobody would pay much attention to it until you cross the border in Europe - East to West and then you can grab it quickly, check the meanings, spellings, grammar and all the vocabulary in the world needed to enter the country of your destination.
Although parts of Europe were behind the now obsolete IRON CURTAIN nevertheless we are still reminded by today's Media of the impact of that IRON CURTAIN and of course the BERLIN WALL! Its not longer there either in Germany! However back to the Russian language:
