Words all the way!

Book Review by: atnilavan

Original Author: Me, Myself and I
Somehow words had held my fascination even from childhood. Even today, when I am sixty and going down, I feel that there
are words worth their salt, to be read from the dictionary. And every time I see the Oxford English Dictionary, bound in plush leather, my heart yearns. I took birth in words! My father seemed confused, why does my son ignore toys and prefers a dictionary! I say there is something in a dictionary that send me melancholic. These words in a dictionary hold the key to all our emotions and inturn emotions make a man larger than life. We elude death with this key. Words which our forefather mumbled emanated from their emotions and so we can sure that all words contain emotions leading all the way back to the paleolithic age. Few people consider the great works of a lexicographer. When communication is the key than lets make use of it with all the ways possible with it. We expect new pieces from the same musician everytime, so why not expect new things from a people who had all the time been talking the same words for a lifetime. We ought to learn words, new words and talk again with new emotions that echoes across barriers and send a message to eternity that after all human will live after the die! Words will help us do that. Go home, just take up a dictionary and ask her for a word!
