This book was designed as a sense for the importance of the deeply understanding of development program
of coastal community economic, that was conducted by Ministry of Fisheries and Marine Affairs the Republic of Indonesia.
This book consist of two different chapter that contents the conception, definition and working procedure of economic institution in the of development program of coastal community economic (PEMP). In the first chapter was detailly explained what and how do the economic institution of coastal development play and in the second chapter was exactly explained what and how was users groups of community.
In general, both of chapters explains clearly about definition, establishing, and functions of each institution. Beside that, these also explains funding system, property right and legal status of each institutions. And also explained about the name of institution, cooperation network, organization structure, the activities and its development system.
As a whole, this book more exclussive for giving the clearly explaination about what and how could the economic institution established and developed for coastal community empowering and their welfare.
