This made his brothers so proud that they had no respect or regards for anybody. Their parents so pampered them that they were not allowed to do any house chores. They were surrounded by house helps who did all the chores while they played about.
But John was exactly the opposite of the others. He was so humble, respectful, obedient and truthful. While the others played about, he humbles himself and serve the family with the house helps. He will wash their clothes, cook the meals and serve the table. Both the parents and the house helps love him but his brothers mocked and called him "foolish boy"
One day, their parents died in a car accident. John’s uncles shared his parents’s wealth amongst themselves and drove John and his brothers away. His brothers who were lazy could not cope with the shock and ended up as street boys.
But John being a wise young man made it through the storms of life and became one of the greatest businessmen of his time. God being on his side, he was elected Governor of his state, while his brothers who became street men remained poor but for the kind intervention of John whose influence and position bettered their lives.
