Once upon a time, there was a very vain king who spent his days in front of the mirror, he was always trying on new clothes. He was more worried about his
clothes than about the problems of his reign. His reign very happy and cheerful, and they always received many tourists. One day, it appeared two foraigners who were selling incredible clothes. Their clothes had a special distictive: they coul become fools in unseen people.
- " That''s wonderful! - The king thought to himself.- in that way , I can realize who deserves the functions they have. I will order these fabrics right now."
Quickly, the cheaters
pretended they were working: they asked for silk, gold yarn, etc. Instead of using the materials, they hid them to rob afterwards.
The king, very curious, ordered his prime
minster to check the work. When the minster arrived there, he was astonished because he saw nothing. But the men invited him to take a look at the "marvelous fabric" that they pretended to weave. As he could not seem a fool, he also pretended to see a mastrpiece. He said: " That''s fantastic! I will tell the king that saw the most beautiful cloth in the world! - Poor man! He went out there thinking he was the most stupid man. " I cannot admit that I did not see anything." - So, he praised the liars.
Soon, the king ordered another server to do the same and as the Prime Minster, he said to the king: " In fact, they are wonderful!"
Everybody talked about the masterpiece of the liars. No one would admit to be a fool. At last, the king went to visit the guys to see the clothes. His vassals said -" How wonderful!" - " My God! Very beautiful!" The king could not see anything. He was astonished. He thought "What is this? I can see nothing. What is happening? Woul I be the most stupid of all men? Can''t I be the king? It''s not possible!" In some minutes he shouted: "Beautiful! Very Beautiful!" Then the
liars received the title of Sir.
When the "clothes" were ready to wear, the King decided to prepare a parade to show the clothes. The vassals pretended to help him to wear and when the parade began everybody pretended to see the marvelous clothes. But in the crowd, a child shouted: " But he is naked" - All the people were talking about that but the king went on till the end .
