Child Labour

Child labour is increasing day by day only because of a family’s financial situation. A child cannot access the school because of poverty. In order to make the family survive, as a member in the family, a child is forced to work. To avoid this government has made several schemes including midday meal scheme. But the school drop outs are large in number because education has no role in their life except surviving. Since poor are becoming poorer and rich to richer, children have no other go, except to work.

Normally in cities, middle class people are in large number. Statistics of poor people are high in villages. Hence child labour is more in villages. It’s difficult to prevent this problem completely. This is because children get money without getting educated and it attracts them. They think that getting educated is for making money so making money at an early age is really an advantage.

Family, who are uneducated are the main reason for making children work.

How can we protect the little children? How is it possible to aware their situation? Team and voluntary works are the solution. New laws to abolish child labour can make a difference.

Children have the right to live like all other normal people. They too have desires and dreams to fulfill. They should be brought in front and should be encouraged.
