It shows how gratitude connects us to others and the joy of thanking some one fills us with great feelings within us. It acts as a binding force among people to enable them to be at their best selves--in good times and in hard times. When we are truly grateful to God, parents, teachers, friends , Indeed the author has shown us the way to choose a new living style. What we need is self belief, trust others and gracefully acknowledge help which comes. All you need is a positive attitude and grace in thanking whole heartedly.

Gratifying is a simple habit to develop and quite easy to practice. Initially one has fight against distractions, obfuscation, and negative attitudes from our upbringings but soon it will become natural habits.. Your friends, nears and dears will respect you for your good nature and that will strengthen your network. All you have to do is to make a commitment to be thankful on a daily basis, and you will have a great surprise how the world around would change into a beautiful wonderland
When you thank God, parents, teachers, friends, seniors, peers and junior they feel happy and you too feel elated. In so doing you inspire others around you which is quality of a good leader. Remember if you throw a biscuit toward a dog, it immediately wags the tale thanking you and you feel great. When we live with a grateful heart, we can express our appreciation, we feel happier, healthier and younger.
