hello people this book which i am reviewing about is "from xl to xs" , as name suggests it is a weight loss book which is too good to give a try costs not more than 199 rs so affordable contains in detail description of yoga workouts , exercise , diet, women health , and many more . it also contains some weight loss cases which is just so motivating .so an excellent book for people planing to go on a weight loss. i have read this book people staying in India can get it from any book store whereas people living outside India can order their copy online as well.

this book also helps you with some myths about dieting which can help you to focus better toward your goal.
