Book Review   by:may rona     Original Author: Rick Warren

Have you ever asked yourself these questions, '' what is my purpose for living, where is my life going? The book on Purpose Driven Life has the answer to your querry for I myself had pondered on the probable answer to those questions. Given the premise that there is God, the reason why man exist is also the very logic that embedded in my mind eversince I started having consciousness of the world around me. I value my life because I have given one life to live and to ask myself of my purpose for living, I can only convey a vague interpretation of the definition of my existence. Not until I read the book on Purpose Driven Life which enlightened me of the true meaning of life with purpose. As I started reading it, each pages seems to touch every tiniest veins in my heart ringing into my sub-consciouness like a wake-up call for those Christians like myself who have been sleeping in their faith. The book touches every consciousness of people who believe in God to make a turn around of their life and take notice of what God has purposed them to be. I realized then after reading it, that my life though how much successful and happy I thought of, was all but futile.
The book does not only inspires, motivates and uplifts ones spirit but it also takes a reader to journey with God and to know Him personally. This is the book that is full of wisdom and conveys a real definition of God-given life. This book also guides a reader to discover to himself of the vast qualities and abilities God has gifted him. I myself could only awe for God''s graces and love realizing how much abilities and talents I have which I thought I have none of them. This book really serves as an eye-opener for people who regarded life as if a valuable possession for their existence. As we journey with God, He puts us in a community so that we can fellowship with one another. As God loves us, he wants us to love his awesome creation, a human being as we are so that we can honor His name regardless of what creed we belong. It bog down to one message that God owns our life and He has control over us.
