Essays in which various, mainly science problems, are presented and discussed. First group deals with following
ones: fundamentals of cosmology (age of the universe, dark matter), curvature of space-time, gravity, space robots and space stations, mechanics of gravitational slingshots, operation of space rocket engines and barriers of human exploration of space. Themes of the second group of assays are: pollution of earth water resources, physics of earthquakes, mechanics of tornados, psychology of pain, skydiving as free fall, cancer research and northern lights (aurora borealis). All topics are approached from a private personal perspective, in a very clear way, without artificial scientific sophistication but with freshness and enthusiasm of someone who not only has an impressive knowledge but who really loves science and is fascinated with it.
