Leonard Hoffman, a famous entrepreneur who left his carrer to became a monk, is the main character in this story created by James C. Hunter to teach leadership in a clear and simple way. If you are in trouble making your staff perform the better they can, and would like too have a better relationship with your family and friends, you will find ideas that will expand your horizons. It´s almost impossible to read it without transform yourself.
