Abstract:- Final Finesse by Karma Small Bodman is a political thriller, hair-raising nail-biting novel exposing terrorism and sabotage activities involving political and government officials at national and international level. This is will conceived plot where white house Deputy Director dealing with homeland and national security Ms Samantha Reid works hard to unearth the plot of blowing up gas pipe-line. To her dismay many white-house officials were reluctant to investigate and take action. This brave go-getter Deputy Director Reid sets aside protocol and boundaries of white house and joined hands with Mr. Trip Adams, the Vice president of Geo-Global oils & Gas Pipe Line to solve the mystery of series of explosions along the pipe line but no one was booked. During this joint working both Trip and Reid got attracted to each other and their romance assured that they love and respect each other so much and soon they will achieve their common goal of unearthing lager conspiracy harming the nation.. However they were surprised only to find that it was international level plot to split their team and derail their master plan. In this scheme of things Trip was sent to a new assignment in South America where he goes missing under mysterious circumstances. To her horror and dismay Samantha finds there were international agents who engaged Trip and took him to unknown places. Determined to reach to the bottom of this international level conspiracy and recover her real love Trip she moves to Caracas.
The author has tremendous creativity to make the novel sensational, nail biting which keeps the reader spellbound and keep reading as the story keeps unfolding.
It providers the reader real-life feel of twists and turns on a roller-coaster ride of thriller. It shows the use of modern communication devices like Black Bery, miniature tracking device put on Sun glasses with GPS transmitter embedded in the frame.
This brilliant and brave White house official Ms Reid could engage captors negotiating for payment of money while the local team could track the location of Trip. Indeed it was teamwork at the international level to locate and recover Trip.
