Jean Baptiste Grenouille was a personage of the most grotesque and
disagreeable who trod on the France of the XVIIIth century.

perfumistas of Paris. Once he acquired the sufficient knowledges was exiled and did not return to tread on Paris nevermore, he shut himself in a cave and there he discovered his real vocation, his mission in the land: to be the most respected and praised of the perfumistas and to obtain the favour of the ladies and the authority of the powerful ones. But to obtain this one worthy fragrance of the Olympus was essential a very important and particular essence: the corporal fluids of young virgins. Grenouille will not hesitate to turn into a cruel, merciless and obsessive assassin to obtain his objetive.
