Bobby Mallory works for the police force. Vic's father had worked for the
Chicago police and he and Bobby had
been good
friends. He has been assigned to investigate the murder case of Boom Boom's apartment. He dislikes the interference of Vic especially in murder cases. He visited Vic at the hospital with a plant from his wife and informed her of another accident that took place after Vic's one. He knew of the sabotage to Vic's career.
