As the four brothers escaped they hide in a cave Laman and lemuel were very mad at there brother and there other brother too to for being at Nefi's side so then the two two older brothers started betting they're two younger brothers with large fat sticks. Then at the moment an angel appeared and stoped Laman and lemuel the angel told them if they keep behaving like wicked brothers Nefi will become leader over his brothers this mad this made laman and lemuel believe so then the four brothers started a plan and made Nefi teach them about the gospel and he also told them to have faith in what ever they were doing that was good.
So at night Nefi sunk into laban's House and when he entered a dark room he found laban drunk and was fast asleep. lying on the ground. then he heard the lords voice slay him and he did then he dressed up as laban the lord changed his voice so he could sound like laban. Just then a servant walked by and asked him to bring him the brass plates then he saw his brothers they were afraid of him because they thought that he was laban. Then labans servant found out that he was not laban .
the servants name was Zoram . Nefi talked to Zoram and told him that if he came with them he would be blessed so then Zoram agreed to live with Nefi and his family. so as the five men walked back to Lehi and his mother they were very greatful.
