He is a good men with affable character, specially with the animals. His wife, aware of that fact, give him away many pets, between there is a black cat call it Pluton. To its, our protagonist, is attended with entire preference. Only he feeded but the individual´s character, are transforming reticent,sullen, with evident sign of badness. Due to that his behavior turn aggressive to the animals, even with his wife. Even when the physical agression don´t reach to Pluton,but one day he violently take the cat and it, treating to get free, hurt him, that turn the individual into a choleric condition, by this reason, with a penknife, extract an eye to the feline. The cat runs away when see him. One day, he hang it from a branch of a tree. After a lapsed journey of that event, a fire is caused in his house, which is completely burnt, but its habitants could survive, all of them with a total and maddening anguish.
With the new day, watching in the surface of a wall which haven´t been, as the others, crumbled, it could be seen, (there are many people watching), the enormous figure of a cat. And a cord in the neck of the feline. The picture is terrifying. Rational thoughts, justifying all that he have seen, appease in some way his fear and calm his conscience. The absence of the black cat, force to the man to search for another one, he find one in a tavern, it is alike to the murdered one, with the difference of a white spot, without shape, in its breast. He is affable with the animal, which demostrate its affection in a very expressive way, it follow him everywhere, it jumps him usher in his laps or chest. But the presence of the animal, start to annoy him, particularly, when he realise that it doesn´t have an eye.
Afterwards, his wife made him notice that in the white spot a definite figure appeared, which horrify him. It is a gibbet. And, one day, the protagonist descend with his wife, to the basement, of the poor house where they had moved. The cat, accidentaly, made him trip up, which enrage the man. Taking an axe, he tried to kill it, but his wife, impede him holding his arm. This fact, sent to the extreme his angry, discharging his axe, over the head of his wife. Without remorse, he thought in many solutions for the fading of the body, opting for put it into a hollow of one of the walls, covering with material. Finished his dismal labor, look for the cat. When he don´t find it, feel relieve.
An investigation start, which don´t give any result. Days later, surprisingly, the police appear, they check the place many times, without finding something. The protagonist of this history, feeling safe of they believe in his innocence, euphorically start to say, without know what he say, and between other things, about the firmness of that construction. Strike the wall where the body is hide, in order to restate what he has already told. When he do that, chilling screams could be heard, coming from the wall where he stroke. The cops that have already leave, return and rapidly crumble the wall, watching with horror, the woman´s body. Over her head, is the black cat, which it has made it heard, exposing their murderous.
In this extraordinary story, can be observed the sudden change that the individual has. From the goodness to the madness and evil, taken to the total insensibility by the things done.
The cruelty who the protagonist show, doesn´t have rational cause. Do evil things whitout justification. Exhibiting by this way, the dark side of the human being.
