Snow
White and the
Seven Dwarves is a story of love, friendship and courage . It began when a beautiful girl named Andriana who''s aunt was a queen was staring outside her window at the beautiful
Snow. It was because of her distracted state that she pricked her finger on her needle and a drop of blood promptly fell on some snow that had fallen on her windowsill. As she looked at the blood on the snow she said to herself "Oh, how I wish that I had a daughter that had skin white as snow, lips red as blood, and hair black as ebony". Soon after that, the queen gave birth to a baby girl who had skin white as snow, lips red as blood, and hair black as ebony. They named her Princess Snow White. The queen soon died, perhaps in childbirth. Snow White’s father remarried soon afterward. The step mom, however, is vain and evil which is in contrast to our heroine. She also had supernatural powers. She was also very narcissistic and would often look into the magic mirror and utter the words “Mirror, mirror on the wall, who is fairest of them all?” The answer would always be "''tis you."
Snow White has grown to be a fair young lady. She had hair as black as ebony wood. She had lips as red as a rose. She had skin which was as white as snow.
For a while nobody minded. However, one day the evil queen decided to consult her magic mirror as she always has. She was however stunned when she no longer got the answer she wanted. Snow White has now the fairest of them all!
The queen was outraged! Here gigantic ego was shattered in a heartbeat. No, this could not be. The Queen was jealous, and ordered a huntsman to take Snow White into the woods to be killed. She demanded that the huntsman return with Snow White''s heart as proof. The huntsman took Snow White into the forest, but found himself unable to kill the girl. Instead, he let her go, and brought the queen the heart of a pig.In the forest, Snow White managed to make friends with the seven dwarves. These were "Bashful," "Doc," "Dopey," "Grumpy," "Happy," "Sleepy" and "Sneezy." The dwarves had different personalities that suited their names. Despite their differences however, they were friendly and vowed to protect Snow White.
The queen discovered the huntsman’s treachery. The Queen made a poisoned
apple, and in the disguise of a an apple peddler offered it to Snow White. She was hesitant, so the Queen cut the apple in half, ate the white part (which had no
poison) and gave the poisoned red part to Snow White. She ate the apple eagerly and immediately fell into a deep stupor..
The animals in the forest rushed to the dwarves to inform them of the queen’s felony. They rushed to the scene of the crime and all hell broke loose! The dwarfs chase the hag through the raging storm, following her up the side of a mountain and trapping her at the edge of a jagged cliff. Desperate to rid herself of the dwarfs, the Queen attempts to push a boulder down the mountainside and onto them. But a bolt of lightning strikes the edge of the cliff where she stands, causing her to fall into the chasm below, crushed by the oncoming boulder. Two vultures who had followed her in anticipation of some kill immediately descend upon her.
The dwarves were crestfallen upon discovering that Snow White could no longer be revived. They place Snow White’s lifeless body in a glass coffin. Through the seasons, the dwarves and forest animals have stood watch on the monument of their friend.
News of this have spread to other kingdoms. Prince
charming comes to the forest and is stunned by Snow White’s beauty. He then falls in love with her and kisses her. Snow White is revived and the two ride away in the sunset and marry. They live happily ever after.
